Notes
•Repeat play may not work as desired with some discs.
•Repeat play does not work if the disc’s elapsed play time is not shown on the unit’s display.
•To change from instant repeat play to repeat play, stop instant repeat play before using repeat play.
RAM
•You cannot use repeat play in a row for two or more play lists.
Marker
You can mark points on a disc to return to later (see page 18).

MODE
Normal: Default setting
Soft: Soft picture with fewer video artifact
Fine: Details are Fine mode
Cinema: Enhances detail in dark scenes.
User: You can make further adjustments next parameter.

Contrast: Increases the contrast between light and dark parts of the picture
Brightness: Brightens the picture (0 to +15).
Sharpness: Adjust the sharpness of the edges of the horizontal line
Color: Adjust the shade of the picture’s color

Gamma: Increases the brightness of the center ranges to improve detail and contrast in dark scenes (0 to +5).
3D NR: Reduces overall noise (0 to +4).
Block NR: Smoother block noise (0 to +3).
Mosquito NR: Reduces the smudging that appears around contrasting sections of the picture (0 to +3).
•Press [ENTER] or [RETURN] to enter the setting.
•To initialize “Detail picture adjustment”, open the “Detail picture adjustment” screen and press [SHIFT + RETURN].
DNR
When any item other than “User” is select, you can turn the recommended setting for 3D NR, block NR, and mosquito NR on and off.
ON OFF
Progressive
This menu is displayed only when setting both
•Progressive (NTSC)” to “ON” and “TV System” to “NTSC” in
“Connection” Menu.
ON: Enables progressive output
OFF: Disables progressive output
Transfer (When progressive output is ON)
Select the method of conversion for progressive output to suit the type of material being played.
Auto1: For film material
Auto2: For video material (the same as Auto1, but able to convert 30 frames per second progressive video)
Video: For video material
