The menu can also be displayed manually when you need to format HDD, or to remove the logical link.

1.Turn off the power of the recorder once, and turn it on again.

The multi-screen monitor displays a message “SYSTEM CHECK DONE! TO OPEN DISK MENU, PUSH STOP KEY”.

2.Press the [STOP] button. The DISK MENU opens.

3.Select any of REMOVE LINK, HDD FORMAT, or RESTART.

When no button is pressed for 5 minutes after opening the DISK MENU, The recorder will logically remove the disk that meets any conditions below.

An HDD has been categorized in “ * ”, “LOST”, or “ERR”.
