While opening the time and date search window (TIME & DATE SEARCH):

Pressing the JogDial moves the cursor to the next position in the window.

Rotating the JogDial increases or decreases the parameter.

After specifying the date and time, press the [PLAY] button to start playback.

When operating alarm recall (ALARM RECALL): Holding down the JogDial for two seconds will open or close the alarm event log on the monitor. Rotating the JogDial will scroll up or down the log page.

After selecting an alarm event with [D] or [C] but- ton, press the [PLAY] button to start playing back the selected alarm record.

When operating setup menus:
