LCD-display

Er staat een groen streepje op het display en het apparaat werkt niet.

Er staat een groen of een rood streepje op het display en de achtergrondverlichting knippert.

Het display toont niet de juiste hoeveelheid.

Bier tappen

Er komt geen bier uit de tapkraan wanneer ik aan de hendel trek.

Er komt te veel schuim uit het apparaat.

De schuimkraag is te hoog.

Zorg ervoor dat u de tapunit met warm water schoonmaakt voordat u er een nieuw slangetje in plaatst.

Mogelijk is het slangetje kapot. Neem contact op met het PerfectDraft- callcenter in uw land voor een nieuw slangetje.

Controleer of de tapunit op juiste wijze is geplaatst (zie ‘De tapunit op het biervat plaatsen’ in hoofdstuk ‘Klaarmaken voor gebruik’).

Verwijder de tapunit, maak deze schoon en installeer de tapunit opnieuw. Als dit niet helpt, probeer dan een ander biervat met een nieuw slangetje.

Als dit probleem blijft optreden, neem dan contact op met het PerfectDraft-callcenter in uw land.

Voor een juiste werking van de hoeveelheidaanduiding is het van groot belang dat u de tapkraan volledig openzet (zie hoofdstuk ‘Een perfect biertje tappen’).

Wanneer er een stroomstoring is geweest of de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact is geweest, zal de niveauaanduiding weer de juiste waarde aangeven nadat u een paar glazen bier hebt getapt.

Mogelijk is het biervat leeg. Plaats een nieuw biervat in het apparaat.

Controleer of het slangetje op de juiste wijze in de tapunit is geplaatst (zie ‘Het slangetje in de tapunit bevestigen’ in hoofdstuk ‘Klaarmaken voor gebruik’).

Zorg ervoor dat u de tapkraan volledig openzet wanneer u bier tapt (zie hoofdstuk ‘Een perfect biertje tappen’).

Het bier is te warm. Wacht tot het bier koud genoeg is om te worden getapt. De temperatuur op het display is dan groen.

Het biervat is te veel geschud. Wacht een half uur om het bier tot rust te laten komen.

Het eerste glas kan meer schuim bevatten dan gewoonlijk. Probeer een tweede glas te tappen.

Mogelijk werkt het slangetje niet naar behoren. Neem contact op met het PerfectDraft-callcenter in uw land voor een nieuw slangetje.
