2Turn MULTI-CONTROL to select “Loud- ness”.

3Press the center of MULTI-CONTROL to turn loudness on.

Loudness level (e.g., Mid) appears in the dis- play.

6Press MULTI-CONTROL left or right to select cut-off frequency.

Each time MULTI-CONTROL is pressed left or right, frequencies are selected in the following order:

50Hz — 63 Hz — 80 Hz — 100 Hz — 125 Hz

pTo turn loudness off, press MULTI-CONTROL again.

4Press MULTI-CONTROL left or right to select a desired level.

Each time MULTI-CONTROL is pressed left or

right, level is selected in the following order: Low — Mid — HighUsing the high pass filter

7Press MULTI-CONTROL up or down to adjust the output level of the subwoofer. Each time MULTI-CONTROL is pressed up or down, subwoofer level increases or decreases.

Using subwoofer output

The navigation system is equipped with a sub- woofer output mechanism, which can be turned on or off.

1Display the “Audio Menu” screen.

2Turn MULTI-CONTROL to select “Sub- Woofer1”.

3Press the center of MULTI-CONTROL to turn subwoofer output on.

p To turn subwoofer output off, press MULTI-CONTROL again.

4Press MULTI-CONTROL left or right to set the phase of subwoofer output.

It changes the settings as follows: ! “Reverse”:

Sets to reverse phase. ! “Normal”:

Sets to normal phase.

5Turn MULTI-CONTROL to select “Sub- Woofer2”.

Using the high pass filter

When you do not want low sounds from the subwoofer output frequency range to play from the front or rear speakers, activate HPF (high pass filter). Only frequencies higher than those in the selected range are output from the front or rear speakers.

1Display the “Audio Menu” screen.

2Turn MULTI-CONTROL to select “HPF”.

3Press the center of MULTI-CONTROL to turn high pass filter on.

p To turn high pass filter off, press MULTI-CONTROL again.

4Press MULTI-CONTROL left or right to select cut-off frequency.

Each time MULTI-CONTROL is pressed left or right, frequencies are selected in the following order:

50Hz — 63 Hz — 80 Hz — 100 Hz —
