To adjust the speed of the running belt in larger increments, take the following steps.

1.To adjust the speed, press the appropriate SPEED up or down arrow key.

2.Within three seconds, press a number 0–12 for miles (0–20 for kilometers) followed by a zero, and then press

ENTER.

If you wish to cancel the speed adjustment, press either SPEED arrow key. The display indicates the current speed of the running belt.
