Setting Menu Options

•If the area code has already been stored in memory, the stored area code will be displayed. To change it, use the DELETE soft key and number keys to enter the new area code.

•If your calling area requires 10-digit dialing, do not program this option.

3.Press CID/VOL/ or REDIAL/P/ to set hour, and then press the soft key.

4.Press CID/VOL/ or REDIAL/P/ to set minute, and then press the soft key.

5.Press CID/VOL/ or REDIAL/P/ to choose AM or PM, and then press the SAVE soft key. You will hear a confirmation tone.

Setting CIDCW (Caller ID on Call Waiting)

Caller ID on Call Waiting (CIDCW) displays the name and number of an incoming call while you are on the line. Call Waiting Deluxe (CWDX) allows you to handle call waiting calls in seven different ways.

1.Press the MENU soft key. Select the Global Setup menu, and then the CIDCW submenu.

2.Press CID/VOL/ or REDIAL/P/ to select Line1 or Line2, and then press the OK soft key.

3.Press CID/VOL/ or REDIAL/P/ to select CW On/CWDX On, CW On/CWDX Off, or CW Off/CWDX Off, and then press the OK soft key. You will hear a confirmation tone.

Setting the Area Code

If you enter a 3-digit area code number in the “Area Code” option, your local area code does not appear in the Caller ID message. For calls received from outside your local area code, you will see a full 10- digit number. Ô

1.Press the MENU soft key. Select the Global Setup menu, and then the Area Code submenu.
