Si vous devez communiquer avec le service technique pour l’entretien ou la réparation de cette unité, ayez en main les renseignements suivants:

1.Notez le numéro de modèle ainsi que le numéro de série de l’unité, lesquels sont indiqués sur le décalque apposé sur l’unité. Consultez Commandes.

2.Notez les numéros de modèle, de type et de code du moteur, lesquels sont indiqués sur la plaque apposée au moteur. Consultez le manuel d’utilisation du moteur pour savoir où trouver ces renseignements. Veuillez noter que plusieurs types de moteurs sont décrits dans le manuel d’utilisation. Il se peut donc que votre moteur diffère de celui illustré.

Remisage

La génératrice Rheem / Ruud est conçue pour produire une alimentation de secours de façon continue. Ainsi, vous n’avez nul besoin de prendre des précautions d’entreposage. Toutefois, s’il devient nécessaire de désactiver le système durant une période prolongée, appelez le service technique de Rheem / Ruud au 877-369-9400, entre 8 h et 17 h HNC, pour obtenir des recommandations spécifiques.
