Când bateria este complet descărcată, C Pen nu poate fi folosit. Încărcați complet bateria înainte de a folosi C Pen.

C Pen se blochează

Ţineţi apăsat pe butonul sus și pe butonul jos aproximativ trei secunde pentru a intra în modul de asociere Bluetooth. Atunci când C Pen intră în modul de asociere Bluetooth, conectați dispozitivele din nou și verificați funcționarea C Pen.
