Si la batterie est complètement déchargée, votre C Pen ne pourra être utilisé. Assurez-vous de la charger complètement avant d’utiliser le C Pen.

Votre C Pen gèle

Maintenez le bouton Haut ou le bouton Bas enfoncé pendant environ trois secondes pour entrer en mode de synchronisation Bluetooth. Lorsque le C Pen entre en mode de synchronisation Bluetooth, connectez de nouveau les appareils, puis vérifiez le fonctionnement du C Pen.

Si le problème n’est toujours pas résolu, communiquez avec un centre de service Samsung.
