Din C Pen kan inte användas

Om batteriet är helt urladdat går det inte att använda din C Pen. Ladda batteriet helt innan du slår på din C Pen.

Din C Pen hänger sig

Håll upp-knappen eller ned-knappen intryckt i ca tre sekunder för att aktivera läget för Bluetooth-sammankoppling igen. När din C Pen försätts i Bluetooth-sammankopplingsläget ansluter du enheterna igen och kontrollerar sedan om din C Pen fungerar.

Om problemet kvarstår ska du kontakta Samsungs servicecenter.

En annan Bluetooth-enhet kan inte identifiera din C Pen

•Se till att din C Pen är i läget Bluetooth-sammankoppling.

•Se till att din C Pen och den andra Bluetooth-enheten befinner sig inom Bluetooth- anslutningsområdet (10 m).

Om problemet kvarstår ska du kontakta Samsungs servicecenter.
