Risoluzione dei problemi

Prima di rivolgervi ad un centro assistenza Samsung, provate le seguenti soluzioni.

Impossibile usare la C Pen

Se la batteria è completamente scarica, la C Pen non può essere usata. Caricate completamente la batteria prima di usare la C Pen.

La C Pen si blocca

Tenete premuto il tasto Su o il tasto Giù per circa tre secondi per entrare nella modalità abbinamento Bluetooth. Quando la C Pen entra in modalità abbinamento Bluetooth, connettete nuovamente i dispositivi, quindi verificate il funzionamento della C Pen.

Se il problema persiste, contattate un centro assistenza Samsung.

Un altro dispositivo Bluetooth non riesce ad individuare la C Pen

•Assicuratevi che la C Pen sia in modalità abbinamento Bluetooth.

•Assicuratevi che la C Pen e l'altro dispositivo Bluetooth si trovino entro il raggio di connessione Bluetooth (10 m).

Se il problema persiste, contattate un centro assistenza Samsung.

•Sul dispositivo a cui desiderate connettervi, disconnettete tutti i dispositivi abbinati e tentate nuovamente la connessione.
