Solución de problemas

Antes de ponerse en contacto con un Centro de Servicios de Samsung, intente las siguientes soluciones.

No es posible utilizar el C Pen

Si la batería está completamente descargada, no podrá utilizar el C Pen. Cargue la batería totalmente antes de utilizar el C Pen.

El C Pen se congela

Mantenga presionado el botón Arriba o el botón Abajo durante aproximadamente tres segundos para ingresar en el modo de vinculación Bluetooth. Cuando el C Pen ingrese en el modo de vinculación Bluetooth, vuelva a conectar los dispositivos y compruebe el funcionamiento del C Pen.

Si el problema persiste, comuníquese con un Centro de Servicios de Samsung.

Otro dispositivo Bluetooth no puede ubicar el C Pen

•Asegúrese de que el C Pen se encuentre en el modo de vinculación Bluetooth.

•Asegúrese de que el C Pen y el otro dispositivo Bluetooth se encuentren dentro del rango de conexión Bluetooth (10 m).

Si el problema persiste, comuníquese con un Centro de Servicios de Samsung.
