Charging Battery
1 Insert the battery and connect the AC adapter to the power input jack on your computer.
Battery charging starts.
2 When charging is complete, the status indicator changes to light green.

Checking Battery Residual Amount
This section describes how to check the battery residual amount.
Using Shortcut keys
If you press the Fn + (
) on the keyboard, the battery residual amount will be displayed on the screen for a short time.
It is displayed only if the Easy Display Manager is installed.
Viewing in Battery
If you separate the battery and press the PUSH button located inside, the battery residual amount will be displayed.
Warning of Battery Shortage
■If the battery residual amount is less than 10%, a warning alarm rings.
In this case, connect the AC adapter to the computer or replace the battery after turning off the system.
■If the battery residual amount is 3~5%, the computer automatically shuts down after saving the data.
The battery residual amount may vary depending on the computer model.
