Start

It operates with the Freezer door closed.

Does ice come out when drawing ice?

NO

YES	Is there ice in the ice storage bin?		NO
				Is the ice selection on panel		NO
		YES
				for ice off?
	Check point of contact of ice drawing S/W
	Check point of contact of door S/W.				YES
	Check point of contact of ice transfer motor.
				Release the icing stop Select ice
	Check point of contact for wiring of the ice transfer motor
				ice cubed/crushed
	crushed ice

What is the ice status on the panel Display?

						1) Check water supply hose. - bent or turned off.
	cubed ice					2) Check water supply parts for icing solenoid check
						3) Check icemaker wire.
Do ice cubed come out when			YES	Does crushed ice come			YES

Does MAIN MICOM No. 14			NO
change to 0V when pressing ice s/w?
	YES
		- Check ice s/w has failure itself.
		- Check connected.
		- Main PCB failure: Replace it.
			NO
Does MAIN MICOM No. 17 change to
0V when pressing and holding ice s/w?
Measure both terminals of RY7C	YES
contact point after disconnecting CN72		Main PCB failure: Replace it
and CN73 connectors.		(IC74 failure).
Is the contact terminal of RY7E			NO
relay 0 Ω when pressing ice s/w?
	YES
		- RY7E relay failure
		- Main PCB failure: Replace it.

Normal Main PCB

- Need to check other sections.

Check the wire between AUGER MOTOR and MAIN PCB. Failure of CUBE MOTOR itself or connecting connector contact failure.

Does Main MICOM No. 14 change		No
to 0V when pressing ice s/w?
	YES
			Main PCB failure: Replace it.
Did cube motor move to ice crushed		No
location? (Load MICOM No. 28 is 5V?)
			- When LOAD MICOM No. 28 is 0V continuously,
	YES		CUBE MOTOR and IC74 should be checked.
			- Check CUBE MOTOR S/W.
			- Check CN73,CN40 WIRE.
Does IC74 No. 17 change to 0V		No
when pressing and holding ice s/w?
			Main PCB failure: Replace it (IC74 Failure).
	YES		Measure the both terminals of RY7E contact point
			after disconnecting CN72 and CN73 connectors.
Is RY7E RELAY contact terminal		No
0Ω even when power off?
	YES		Main PCB failure: Replace it.
			(RY7E Relay contact terminal short failure)

Normal Main PCB

- Need to check the other sections.

Check the wire between AUGER MOTOR and MAIN PCB. Failure of CUBE MOTOR itself connector contact failure.
