Contacts List Entry Options
To access a contact’s options,display the Contacts list,highlight an
entry and press .Then select a phone number and press Options
(right softkey).To select an option,highlight it and press .
Editto edit the selected entry.
Callto dial the selected number.
Call:Speaker Onto dial the phone number in speakerphone mode.
Send Messageto send a text message.(See page 195 for details.)
To send Picture Mail,see page 162.
Call Alarmto set a call alarm for the entry.(See page 104 for Call
Alarm.)
Set Speed Dialto assign speed dial numbers to your favorite
entries.(See “Assigning Speed Dial Numbers”on page 94.)
Set Voice Dialto set a voice dial for the entry.(See page 124 for
Voice Dial.)
Prependto alter a phone number by adding numbers to the
beginning of the entry.(See “Prepending a Phone Number From
Call History”on page 87.)
Copy to Personalto copy the phone number to your Ready Link
Personal List.(Only appears when PCS Ready Link mode is set to
Enable and the number does not match any stored entry in your
Personal List.)
To erasethe selected entry from the Contacts list:
1. From standby mode,press the navigation key right to display
the Contacts list.
2. Highlight the entry you wish to delete by using the navigation
key.
3. Press Options(right softkey).
4. Highlight Erase Contactand press .
5. Select Yes and press .
