VERTICAL AIR FLOW DIRECTION

1 Press the SWING button to select the vertical air flow direction.

OFF

: The vertical airflow louver will swing.

: The vertical airflow louver will stop at selected position.

To stop the desired position, press the SWING button during the louver swinging.

•“” will disappear on the remote control.

NOTE:

In the COOL or DRY mode, the adjustment range is narrower the swing range in order to prevent condensation from dripping.

CAUTION:

Never attempt to adjust the vertical airflow louver manually.

Manual adjustment of the vertical airflow louver can cause the unit to malfunction.

When the vertical adjustment louver is posi- tioned at the lowest position in the COOL or DRY mode for an extended period of time, this may result in condensation.

HORIZONTAL AIR FLOW DIRECTION

Adjust the horizontal air flow direction using the louver lever.

TURBO FAN OPERATION

The unit runs at extra high fan speed to reach the desired room temperature faster.

1 In the COOL or HEAT mode, press the TURBO FAN button.

“ ” will be displayed on the remote control.

The red TURBO FAN lamp () will light up.

TO CANCEL

Press the TURBO FAN button again.

” will disappear on the remote control.

The red TURBO FAN lamp () will turn off.

When the unit is turned off, the use of the TUR- BO FAN operation will be memorized, and it will be activated the next time you turn on the unit.

TURBO FAN operation is not available in AUTO,
