SENDING A FAX

FAX NUMBER ENTRY WITH GLOBAL ADDRESS SEARCH

If the machine is configured as a network printer that can use LDAP service, the machine can be used to access the LDAP server* and search for the fax number. If the search returns the desired fax number, the number can be selected as a destination fax number and/or stored in the address book.

* The LDAP server must be available for use and a fax number search service must be in operation.
