Sending a Fax by Automatic Dialling

You can store up to 60 fax, phone, or SMS numbers in the machine for automatic dialling.

♦Auto-dial numbers are dialled by pressing until the desired number appears in the display, and then START/SPEICHER .

Storing fax, phone, and SMS numbers for auto dialling

1 Press FUNKTION once and

once.

3 Enter the fax or voice number by pressing the number keys. Up to 32

digits can be entered (only 20 digits can be stored for an SMS number). (Note: A space cannot be entered.)

Important: An SMS number must include the area code.

•To clear a mistake, press .

•If a pause is required between any of the digits to access a special service

or an outside line, press FUNKTION . The pause appears as a hyphen. Several

pauses can be entered in a row.

•If you are on a PBX, do not enter the access code for the public line. If the number is within your PBX, enter an R before the number.
