If you have a point-to-multipoint access, the list of mul-
tiple subscriber numbers appears when you select one
of the above options and you can select an MSN.
Deactivating external call forwarding
If you have a point-to-multipoint access call forwarding
has to be deactivated for each applicable multiple sub-
scriber number. If you have a point-to-point access no
list of MSNs is displayed.
If you have a point-to-multipoint access, select the
multiple subscriber number from the list.
tExt./direct External calls are forwarded immediately (e.g. vacation).
tExt./busy External calls are forwarded if user dialed is busy (e.g. to
secretary’s phone)
tExt./timeout External calls are forwarded after a certain number of
rings (e.g. after working hours, to private phone).
o x Enter the external phone number to which you want the
calls forwarded and confirm your setting.

When calls are forwarded you pay the call charg-
es for the connection from your phone to the
forwarding destination.
cPress the off-hook key. The message “fnct. set. act” is
displayed, indicating that a system function is set and ac-
tive, in this case external call forwarding.
