Lock for outgoing calls (system lock)/emergency phone numbers

You can use the system lock to prevent your base station
being used for outgoing calls. Incoming calls can be an-
swered.
Exception: Emergency phone numbers can be called
even when the system lock is active. You can define and
save a maximum of four emergency phone numbers,
each consisting of up to 16 digits.
t Meaning: see footnote
The options at your disposal are as follows:

Editing lock numbers/activating and deactivating call barring

Lock numbers enable you to bar entire sets of destina-
tions - phone numbers beginning with these lock num-
bers cannot be dialed. If, for example, you define “00” as
a lock number, your system cannot be used to place inter-
national calls. You can save a maximum of three lock num-
bers (each consisting of between 1 and 8 digits) for each
mobile unit.
