Introduction

The Electrical Lean Switches (ELS) allow the cost-effective setup of Ethernet bus or star structures with switching functionality. The ELS switches are intended for use in a switching cubicle.

Note

If you use an ELS in a redundant OSM/ESM ring, the redundancy function is not supported.

Note

The requirements of EN61000-4-5, surge test on power supply lines are only met if a

Blitzductor VT AD 24V type no. 918 402 is used.
