Changing the handset PIN
Resetting the base station to factory defaults
You can use this procedure to reset the following settings
to factory defaults:
Signaling method (DTMF/flash 300 ms) page 16
Pause length following exchange code ( 3 seconds)
page 19
Call allocation (collective call) page 51
The following stored data can be deleted:

oEnter the current system code (factory default "0000").
oEnter the new four-digit system code. Note carefully the
number entered.
oEnter the new system code again to confirm.
BStore the setting.
B 8 9 Start setting procedure.
oEnter the current PIN (factory default "0000").
oEnter the new four-digit PIN. Note carefully the number
entered.
oEnter the new PIN again to confirm.
BStore the setting.
The stored system code (page 19) is not de-
leted.
All registered handsets remain registered.
B # 1 Start setting procedure.
oEnter the four-digit system code (factory default: “0000“)
(page 19).
