Base station settings
You can program your Gigaset 2010 to suit your own indi-
vidual requirements. The settings are made from a regis-
tered handset.

Switching the base station ringer off and setting the ringer volume

It is possible to define whether the ringers should be sig-
naled on the base station or only on the handset. You can
set the ringer volume for the ringer on the base station.
There are seven volume levels available:
The factory default is level 6 (loud).
Level 0 =Switch off base station ringer.
Calls will only be signaled on the
handset.
Level 1 ... Level 6 =Ringer volume low ... loud
It is also possible to set the ringer volume on the
handset (page 34).

The set volume is indicated on the display:

oBPress the digit for the desired volume (1 to 6) or 0 to
switch the ringer off and store setting.
