•You can also press SOUND FIELD repeatedly to select the sound field you want.

Tips

•“PRO LOGIC” lights up in the display when Pro Logic decoding is performed.

•“PRO LOGIC II” lights up in the display when Pro Logic II Movie/Music mode decoding is performed.

•“LINK” lights up in the display when “LINK” is selected.

•“VIRTUAL” lights up in the display when “HP VIRTUAL” is selected.

Flashing sound effect

— SOUND FLASH

With the sound flash function, you can flash the sound output. The sound cuts off periodically. Use the buttons on the unit for the operation.

Hold down SOUND FLASH during playback.

The flashing effect is activated.

To cancel the flashing effect

Release SOUND FLASH.

To change the sound flash speed

Hold down SOUND FLASH and turn OPERATION DIAL clockwise or counterclockwise to change the sound flash speed (1 ~ 20).

•MHC-GNV111D only

You can activate the X-ROUND and SOUND FLASH effect simultaneously.

•The power illuminator will synchronize with the selected SOUND FLASH effect.
