4Open Modems

5Select "COM One Platinium Card Discovery V.90 #2"

6Choose Delete

7Insert your "COM One Platinium Card Discovery V.90" modem in the slot where the card was initially installed.

My Modem Cannot Establish a Connection

The modem dialing mode may be incompatible with your telephone line. Check the dialing mode:

2Open the Control Panel

3Open Modems

4Select "COM One Platinium Card Discovery V.90"

5Choose Dialing Properties

Modify the dialing property "Pulse dial" or "Tone dial" according to your telephone line
