There are two SCSI connectors on

Ultra320 SCSI Drive Port Pin Definitions (JA1/JA2)

the serverboard. SCSI ChannelAis located at JA1 and SCSI Channel B is located at JA2. Refer to the table at right for the pin defi nitions.
