3.5 Power line circuit
CAUTION
When the servo amplifier has become fault y, switch power off on the amplif ier
power side. Continuous flow of a large current may cause a fire.
Switch power off at detection of an alar m. Otherwise, a regenerative brake
transistor fault or the like may overheat the regenerati ve brake resis tor, causin g a
fire.
POINT
For the power line circuit of the MR-J2S-11KB to MR-J2S-22KB, refer to
Section 3.12 where the power line circuit is shown together with the servo
motor connection diagram.
3.5.1 Connection example
Wire the power supply/main circuit as shown below so that powe r is shu t off and t he servo-o n comma nd
turned off as soon as an alarm occurs, a servo forced stop is made valid, or a controller emergency stop is
made valid. A no-fuse breaker (NFB) must be used with the input cables of the power supply.
