CS1 - Guidelines for Breads and Desserts

,Preheat oven and bake using one rack at a time.

Place rack in center of oven unless specified otherwise. Use the longest conventiona! baking time given in a recipe.

Metal pans become hot quickly and brown more than glass or

glass ceramic.
