1.2.1 Thefront panel
The front panel of the digital receiver has buttons to operate
the digital receiver, and lamps and a display to indicate its
status. Their usage is as follows:
TV/STB
OK
REMOTE
STANDBY
TV/STBlamp lightsup while your video recorder operates
instead of the digital receiver. For more descriptions,
referto ยง 3.2.3.
REMOTElamp lights up whenever you press a button of
theremote control.
STANDBYlamp lightsupwhile the digital receiver is in standby
mode.
Statusdisplay displays the current time in standby mode,
and displays the current status of the digital receiver
inoperation mode.
STANDBYbutton switchesthedigital receiver between standby
modeand operation mode.
MENUbutton displays the main menu. It is also used to
returnto the previous menu from a submenu.
CHANNEL , buttons moveto the next or previous ser-
vice. They are also used to navigate in menus and in-
teractivescreens.
