Thewall outlet shall be installed near the equipment and
shallbe easily accessible.
• Do not expose the digital receiver to any moisture. The
digital receiveris designed for use in dry rooms. If you
douse it outdoors, ensure that it is protected from mois-
ture,such as rain or splashing water. Use only dry cloth
whencleaning the digital receiver.
• Place the digital receiver on a hard and level surface.
• Do not place the digital receiver close to heating units
or indirect sunlight, as this will impair cooling. Do not
layany objects such as magazines on the digital receiver.
Whenplaced in a cabinet, make sure there is a minimum
spaceof 10 centimeter around it. For the physical speci-
ficationof the digital receiver, refer to Table 2.2.
Protectthe power cord from being walked on or pinched.
• Never open the digital receiver casing under any cir-
cumstances. Warrantyclaims are excluded for the dam-
ageresulting from improper handling.
• Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
