2. SAVE AS FILE

In this SAVE AS FILE function, the copied original data can be sent and stored to the hard disc in the equipment or the specified PC. You can administrate and edit the stored data in the e-Filing in the equipment directly from the user's PC via network.

* The network administrator has to make settings for storing the original data to the PCs. For details, see the [Network Administrator's Guide].

* The hard disc could be at fault. Be sure to backup the stored documents by downloading them with a client PC using the File Downloader. See the [e-Filing Guide] for details.

originals that can be stored may be restricted.

 

 

- Select the copy mode as required.

Press the [E-FILING/FILE] button on the

basic screen to enter the filing menu.

3 Press the [SAVE AS FILE] button.

4 Press the [FILE NAME] button to enter the file name of the stored data.

-The letter entry menu is displayed.

A file name can contain up to 64 letters.
