Staple Sorting

When the finisher (optional) is installed, you can perform automatic stapling for every set. 3 staple positions can be selected when installing saddle-stitch finisher (MJ-1024) or multi-staple finisher (MJ-1023).

*The paper weight should be in the range of 64-105 g/m2 for the saddle-stitch finisher (MJ-1024) or multi- staple finisher (MJ-1023), and 64-80 g/m2 for the single-staple finisher (MJ-1022). Special paper such as OHP films or labels is excluded.

*Stapling will not work when copied paper of different widths are mixed.

1 Place paper in the drawer(s).

2 Place the original(s).

3 Press the Finisher button on the basic menu as shown in the illustration on the right (highlighted).
