5 Use the or key to select whether you know the receiver compression.

•When you know the receiver’s compression mode and want to specify the compression mode, select “1.YES” and press

the key. Go to next step.

•When you do not know the receiver’s compression mode and want to skip the setting, select “2.NO” and press the

key. Go to Step 7.

•When you are sending a document in the Scan to E-mail Mode, only “MH” or “MMR” can be selected for the compression mode.

•When you are sending a document in the Scan to E-mail Mode, the scanning condition setting is completed.

7 Use the or key to select whether you know the receiver paper size.

•When you know the receiver’s paper size and want to specify

the paper size, select “1.YES” and press the key. Go to next step.

•When you do not know the receiver’s paper size and want

to skip the setting, select “2.NO” and press the key. Go to Step 9.

8 Use the or key to select desired paper

size and press the key.

• To cancel setting midway, press the key.

9 Scanning condition setting is completed.

• Continue the operation for specifying the recipients.
