Transferring Calls

Transferring Calls

You can transfer calls to an idle or busy station. The station can be the [DN] of a telephone, a Hunt Group Number, or ACD Group [DN].

1.Press )/6+.

2.Enter the [DN] of the destination station.

3.Announce the call.

4.Press (1'.

You hear a single tone.

Note If the destination station does not answer or is busy, your call camps on. You receive a recall ring (set in system programming) when the station is available.

Transferring with Camp-on

You can transfer calls to idle or busy [DNs], Hunt Group Numbers, and ACD Group [DNs]. You cannot transfer (or camp-on) to a [PDN] or [PhDn] if the station is DND, unless the [PDN] or [PhDN] appears on other stations.

1.Press )/6+.

2.Input the [DN] where the call will be transferred.

3.If the station is idle,

announce the call and press (1'

...or if the station is

busy or does not answer, press (1'

The called station rings. If you hear a single tone, you can announce the call over the called telephone speaker.

The call camps onto the
