2.2.3 USING AUTOMATIC LINE SELECTION
This feature allows you to access a specific outside line or intercom automatically when you lift the handset or press the speakerphone button.
To set up automatic line selection, perform the following steps.
1.Press Func + 9 + 5. The current selection displays (ICM = Intercom).
2.Press the icm soft key to select Intercom.
3.Press co to select a specific outside line.
4.Enter the outside line directory number
5.Press save.
6.Press co gp to select a specific outside line group.
7.Enter the valid outside line group directory number (9 for out- side line group 1, 800 for outside line group 2… 806 for out- side line group 8).
8.Press save.
2.2.4 SETTING YOUR BUSY RING OPTIONS
Your phone rings at the lowest volume setting if a call comes in while you are on the line. You can eliminate this low (busy) ring entirely if you prefer.
