8.Select the type of busy calls you want to forward.
•co = outside line incoming or transferred calls
•icm/co = both intercom and outside line calls
•icm = intercom calls only.
9.The display display responds as follows.

10.Enter the password of the extension from which you want to forward the call.
11.Press save. You hear a confirmation tone and your extension returns to idle. The display shows FORWARD FROM 123 in the middle of the bottom row.
