External—Forward calls transferred to your extension to a different telephone number. (To use this feature, your System Administrator must enable it in database administration.)

You can set forward conditions for each call forward type:

Intercom (internal) calls only.

Intercom and outside line (including transferred outside lines) calls.

Outside line (CO Line) calls only.

To set up your call forward options, perform the following steps.

1.Press Func + 2 or the feature button designated as CALL FWD (if available). The display responds as follows.

2. Press the all soft key. The display responds as follows.

(())

ALL FWD. _ bksp save chg

3.Enter the extension number to which you want to forward calls.

4.Press save. The display responds as follows.
