Using the ControlCentre

8Repeat steps 6 and 7 until you’ve assigned all the numbers you want to the group.

Note: You can assign a maximum of 300 speed dial numbers or 68 One Touch key numbers to the group.

9Do one of the following:

•Click OK to close the Group Dial Entry dialog box.

•Click Apply to preset another Group Dial number.

10Click Apply to set the options at the WorkCentre.

Editing a Group Dial Number

1Click the Phonebook icon.

2Click the Group Dial tab.

3Click the Group Dial number you want to edit, then click the Edit button.

4In the Group Dial Entry dialog box, make the changes you want. See Presetting a Group Dial number for more information.

5In the Group Dial Entry dialog box, click OK.

6Click Apply to set the options at the WorkCentre.

Deleting Group Dial Numbers

1Click the Phonebook icon.

2Click the Group Dial tab.

3Click the Group Dial number you want to delete.

Note: To delete all the Group Dial numbers at once, click Clear All.

4Click Delete.

5Click Apply to set the options at the WorkCentre.
