Chapter 21 File Sharing
"The ZyXEL Device will not be accessible via the workgroup name if your local area network has restrictions set up that do not allow devices to join a workgroup. In this case, contact your network administrator.
Once the ZyXEL Device is a member of your workgroup, use Windows Explorer to browse to the file “share” by locating the workgroup in your file system. It is located under My Network Places. In our example the workgroup name is the default “Workgroup”.
