Ink Option Menu

Ink reduction

(applies to HPGL/2 only) provides access to a further menu in which to

set the percentage by which to decrease the amount of ink emitted to

help prevent bleeding or pooling of ink. Options are 0, 12.5, 25, 37.5,

and 50.

Ink preheat

provides access to a further menu in which you can select the car-

tridge for which you want to set the preheat value. Then you can set

the ink preheat value for each cartridge. Options are -7 (off) to 7 (max)

(default = 0).

EOP_Dry

EOP (End of page drying) ON enables the printer at the completion of

the print job to automatically advance the media at the printing speed

12 inches to fully pass the IR heater. The media is then fed back into

the printer at 25% of the normal reserve speed to avoid cockling on

the retract move. End of Page dry OFF does not perform this at job

completion and should be used when multiple copies are being

printed.

Exit

returns to the Setup menu.
