For your safety

This section provides safety guidelines. Test results indicate safe Federal agencies emissions levels per OSHA-PEL and ACGIH-TLV.

Prop 65

Vapors may arise from the printer during printing. For additional information, and for information on proper disposal of materials, refer to the Materials Safety Data Sheet.

Always unplug the printer before servicing it.

Proper room ventilation and housekeeping are required. This is accomplished by providing fresh air circulation into the room, not necessarily by a filtration and/or external ventilation device.

“Vapors” which arise during printing may adhere to certain surfaces. Please be sure to clean any residue with soap and water to keep your working area clean and safe.

Use vinyl/PVC media only.

Keep hands, hair, and clothing away from the infrared (IR) lamp.

If you are operating the printer within the state of California, to comply with California Proposition 65, the “Proposition 65” placard provided with your printer must be posted.

Media must be attached to the takeup roll when printing.

Do not leave printer unattended.
