If proportionalspacing has been selected, then pica pitch is used for determiningthepositionsof thetabs.In Standardmode,oncethetabshavebeenset, thepositionof thetabswillremainthesameif thecharacterpitchis changed.In the IBM mode,the tab settingswill changerelativeto the new characterpitch if the characterpitchis changed.
