9C300-1 Environmental Module Operation

Select <ACKNOWLEDGE> after reading all alarms to reset the front panel ALARM LED (red to green). Selecting <ACKNOWLEDGE> deletes all alarms and resets the alarm pending banner on line 4 of the non-interactive screens.

Select <EXIT> to return to the Main Screen.

The System Screen

Select the <SYSTEM> option field in line 4 of the Main Screen, as shown in Figure 3-13,to access the System Screen as shown in Figure 3-15.This screen displays information specific to the MMAC-Plus chassis. Lines 1 and 2 display the MMAC-Plus chassis Internet Protocol (IP) address and Media Access Control (MAC) address.

Line 3 displays the current chassis hardware revision and serial number.

Line 4 lists the following five submenus. Access a specific submenu by selecting it on the screen.

<PWR>

Displays general power supply configuration information,

 

with the option to view statistics on specific power supply

 

modules.

<ENV>

Displays environmental information about the chassis.

<COM>

Displays statistics and information about the front panel

 

COM ports and EPIM on the Environmental Module.

<DIAGS>

Displays the results of power-up or restart diagnostic tests.

<BBU>

Displays status of BBUs, if they are installed.
