Secure Router 4134 accessories

Accessory	Function	Verified

Rack mounting bracket	Supports the chassis in an equipment rack.
kit that contains two rack	The screws for the mounting brackets are 8-32 x 1/4 in.
mounting brackets and 20	(12).
Phillips-head screws.	There are two types of screws for the rack mount:
	For telecom racks—12-24 x 5/8 in. Phillips (4)
	For cabinets—10-32 x 1/2 in. Phillips (4)

Console cable	Connects a management console to the chassis.

Female DB-9 to RJ-45	Use, if necessary, to connect the console cable to a
connector	terminal or PC.

Power cord	Country-specific power cord provided for AC input. One
	power cord is provided for each power supply module
	you ordered.
	The power cord is a no-charge item that is supplied with
	the chassis, however it must appear as a separate item
	on your order.

Terminal (ground) lug and	Connects the ground wire to the front panel of the
two screws	chassis.
	Screws:
	8-32 x .187-in. pan head screws with external tooth
	washer (2)

Software and	Contains the Secure Router 4134 software image file, as
documentation CD	well as the installation and configuration manuals.

Installing a power supply module

The Secure Router 4134 operates with one or two AC power supplies, one or two DC power supplies, or one AC and one DC power supply. You install the power supplies at the rear of the unit.

Average time to install one power supply module: 1 minute.

Risk of equipment damage

Watch the power supply status LED for alerts if you hot swap a power supply module.
