Birthday Reminder

Using the birthday reminder you can enter the dates for up to ten birthdays. The cordless telephone rings at the entered time on the entered date. Press any key to switch off the alarm.

Entering a Birthday

1Press [, and using [ to select ACCESSORIES.

2Confirm with OK.

3Using [ select BIRTHDAY.

4Confirm with OK.

5Using [ select <New>.

6Confirm with OK.

7Enter the name.

8Confirm with OK.

9Enter the birth day, e.g. 0806 for 8th June.

10 Confirm with OK.

11 Enter the time, e.g. 14 00 for 2 pm. 12 Confirm with OK.

Displaying a Birthday

1Press [, and using [ to select ACCESSORIES.

2Confirm with OK.

3Using [ select BIRTHDAY.

4Confirm with OK.

5Using [ select the entry which you would like to be displayed.

6Confirm with OK. Name, date and time of the birth- day reminder are displayed.

7End the function using ’.

Modifying a Birthday

1Press [, and using [ to select ACCESSORIES.

2Confirm with OK.

3Using [ select BIRTHDAY.

4Confirm with OK.

5Using [ select the entry which you would like to modify.

6Press ô Option.

7Using [ select EDIT ENTRY.

8Confirm with OK.

9Modify the name. Use C to delete individual charac- ters.

10 Confirm with OK.

11 Modify the date.

12 Confirm with OK.

13 Modify the time.

14 Confirm with OK.

Deleting a Birthday

1Press [, and using [ to select ACCESSORIES.

2Confirm with OK.

3Using [ select BIRTHDAY.

4Confirm with OK.

5Using [ select the entry which you would like to delete.

6Press ô Option.

7Using [ select DELETE ENTRY.

8Confirm with OK.

9Confirm the deletion with ô Yes.

Changing the Ring Tone

You can assign a separate ring tone to each birthday reminder.

1Press [, and using [ to select ACCESSORIES.

2Confirm with OK.

3Using [ select BIRTHDAY.

4Confirm with OK.

5Using [ select the entry to which you would like to assign a new ring tone.

6Press ô Option.

7Using [ select RINGER TYPE.

8Confirm with OK.

9Select the desired ring tone using [.

10 Confirm with OK.

11 Using [, set the volume.

12 Confirm with OK.

Acoustic Room Monitoring

Notice

Function Only Available with Several Cordless Telephones Registered to the device

This function is available only if you have regis- tered several cordless telephones with your device and the telephones are within the range of the device.

With this function you can acoustically "monitor" a room (for example, a children's bedroom).
