The Mitel Networks QuickPlay toolbar has some of the same buttons. You can play, stop, pause, review, adjust the volume, or playback your message over the telephone while you are previewing your messages.

Playing Voice Messages

With the Multimedia Outlook Plug-in, you have the choice of one of the following playback devices that can play your voice messages:

•PC Speakers

•Telephone

You also have the choice of setting the system to play your voice messages automatically when you preview your inbox or when you open the voice message. See Changing Your Voice Message Playback, on page 46.
