Leg Extension
1Adjust bench to where the seat back is at an incline.
2Sit down on bench and place thighs on top of the foam pads resting on the back of the knee.
3Place feet underneath the lower foam pads.
4Hold onto the sides of the bench seat.
5Raise legs as high as it is comfortable.
6Return slowly to starting position.
7Exhale upon raising legs.
Muscles used, quadriceps.
