Cleaning door lint filter

The lint screen in the door casing collects lint generated by the drying process. Clean it after every drying*.

*Also check the lint screen when the Filter/Vent indicator light comes on.

Cleaning the lint screen without water

Tip: You can dispose of the lint without touching it by using a vacuum cleaner.

￿Pull the lint screen (1) out of the door casing.

￿Rub or vacuum the lint from the screen surface.

￿Remove the lint from the space in the door casing with a bottle brush or the vacuum.

￿Wipe the door casing seal (2) all around with a damp cloth.

￿Insert the lint screen fully into the door casing and close the door.

Cleaning the lint screen with water

The lint screen should be given a wet cleaning only when it is severely blocked or plugged.

￿Clean the lint screen under running hot water.

￿Dry it thoroughly with care.
