Installing the dryer vent

Calculation example

B/D	2 elbows, 90°
	= 2 x 0.8 m Comparative duct	= 1.6 m
	length
C	0.5 m plastic piping
	= 0.5 x 1 m Comparative duct	= 0.5 m
	length
E	Left side vent opening
	= 1 m Comparative duct length	= 1.0 m
	Total duct length	= 6.9 m

Result: Total duct length is less than 20 m (as per Table II). Therefore a pipe diameter of 100 mm is adequate.

At the rear

Dryer is delivered with this connection open.

Install the vent duct as described on the following pages.

Sideways to left or right

Unscrew the cover (counterclockwise).

Refit the cover securely in the rear vent outlet.
